Competitive price but awful customer service.
There’s no phone number so all interactions have to be done online. That seems fine until you need to make contact. I wasn’t able to cancel my policy online for some reason. Live chat is only available 9am-2pm and the agent I dealt with was argumentative and rude.
Even if they were the cheapest insurer, I would not use this company again based on the interaction that I had with the live chat agent.
