I'm actually unhappy with regard to my car insurance renewal.
On the renewal email reminder you sent, you said that my policy would automatically renew if I didn't contact you. I decided to stay with Yoga, so thought the policy would therefore just automatically renew on the given date. However, this didn't happen, despite the "auto renew" button on my portal being ticked. I received an email from you saying I wasn't covered, so had to rectify this straightaway. If you say the policy will be automatically renewed, then this should happen.
