£50 to cancel during 14 day cooling off period is shameful. I forgot to cancel renewal as I no longer have a car and we were in the middle of moving house and all the stress that goes along with that, it just slipped my mind. My own fault I appreciate that, but to be charged £50 to cancel (don't forget the 58p for the few hours cover) is just taking advantage of those of us who forget. It was literally a few hours, I'm disgusted.
How about as a gesture of goodwill, you give me that back please, I really feel that you have taken advantage of me.
