Renewal quote was in line with other providers but had increased by more than 30% despite no claim made. I received an email advising that it would renew automatically unless I cancelled. I did nothing and it did not renew so I found myself without insurance. Renewal process was painful. Slow and constant server error messages. Will be switching next year.
