I did not renew, I tried emailing- no reply email! Try finding a phone number/ impossible! They took money from my account - it was only when I reported it to my bank they cancelled although there was nothing to cancel because I DID NOT renew!!!!! Now I’ve had a letter saying they want £69 for cover but I DID NOT renew- ombudsman here I come - cheeky gits
