Cheap for a reason.I cannot see that there is an option to speak to a person when there is a problem( unless you have an accident) Did not realise I had bought a rolling monthly policy on renewal for Jan 25. Unable to cancel immediately without being charged a months fee. Then ad an email to say my current policy would be cancelled 2 weeks before policy end as a problem with my direct debit when the final payment had been taken. No option to reply to that email.Just terrible ,frustrating chat bot of no use.Just don't....If I could give less than one star I would.
