Purchased new car and tried to change my old personal VRM to new car. The system identified firstly my old car then transfered those details to my new vehicle without being able to speak to someone the system charged me 3 times to correct the issue. Extremely poor system will never use Yoga again and I would advise others definately not to use it. What is the bot total waste of time.
