very efficient website, simple visual lay out of 'extra options' was clear ,simple =good
I saw late on that 9 yrs is max NCB, you need to id this earlier when completing (or i missed it =unclear) ther form since I amended to 10 and it kept defaulting to nine (your limit , fair enough but i wasn't to know that at that point, leading me to go around rerpaeatedly = frustration/ittitation = not so good.., but overall v.good
