Impossible to get hold of. they use a AI chat bot which is useless unless your query falls within a fixed set of boxes!
I would never consider this company again.
Time now is 11.15am Frday I have spent over an hour trying to speak to someone. They say agents are available mon-sat 9am to 2pm RUBBISH!!!!
