Probably the worst insurance company I have ever used, and would never use again.
no people to talk to on the phone, no responses from emails wanted me to sign away my rights to using the ombudsman service, wanted me to sign a commercial financing agreement.
When I insisted that the work need to be done in the nearby town, i was told that if they did the work it would be £1,250 less my excess of £550 for work already reasonable valued at c£5,000.
an absolutely appalling "service" which is about to be handed over to the Ombudsman.
