bought ins for new car - YD19PXX - online system would not complete as it needed to be registered. I am existing customer and it would not let me use my login. Now bank shows I have paid twice for the one insurance and the new policy does not show online. 1. I want one of the £243.70 paid be refunded to me. 2. I want confirmation that I have purchased the policy. Chatbot useless and couldn't reach a human.
