They are totally awful. I had insurance with them for 8 days paid a large deposit and they the car broke down with a bad mechanical fault which was not worth fixing I cancelled the policy and explained why. They then wanted to charge me a further cancellation fee. I thought I could appeal to their better nature but no I now have a debt recovery firm on my case with a substantial increase into the bargain. Don’t insure with Yoga !!!!!!!!!!
