Was really frustrating not being able to speak to a human on the phone. I have been with Yoga for 4 years have changed vehicles and the same policy was coming out £20 more. When I signed up as a new customer it was cheaper. This doesn’t make sense customer loyalty. I used the chat live but was really unhelpful.
