The procedure was not as simple as it seemed. A renewal quote was given however the renewal didnt appear on my portal when logged in. Chatbot was just revolving around the same answers and nobody live or in person to talk with.
Ended up getting a new quote for my parents car which was competitive but 45 pounds more than the original renewal quote. Still a reasonable price however if i had more time i would of shopped elsewhere.
