lack of human communication,no telephone number to speak to anyone to ask questions about my new policy,went on live chat to find that it was ai and not a real person also it did not understand my question,can not find a phone number anywhere to speak to someone,only had the insurance one day already regretting going with this company,riddiculas that i can not speak to anyone about a query ,
