Went to move to a new vehicle had to pay again to insurers new one and cancel old one and my no claims should be 12years transferring from another vehicle so I know I've been overcharged
I presume now that il get an extra admin charge to put this right
Will never use a company like this again no phone and a useless Web site to make changes totally disappointed. M a shelbourn
