Attempted to cancel.my insurance several times via the portal. Found it very confusing so cancelled my direct debit before the policy ended. Now you are charing me £139
for renewing the policy and administration fees which I certainly did not ask for. After reading other reviews you obviously do this as a way of making money . Disgraceful company no wonder you have no contact number !!
