I found it very convoluted to find my renewal quote within the site - it took a lot of going around the houses and when I tried to make a couple of edits, they wouldn't save. I tried several times and gave up. I was so frustrated that I went to a comparison site and found exactly the same insurance for £45 less! When I tried to cancel my current renewal, I was offered the chance for a better quote but all I saw was the never ending circle of death and nothing further. Consequently, I cancelled my renewal and took out the same insurance for a big saving.
