Terrible experience trying to correct dates which I'd incorrectly put into the app for insurance start-date. Would have thought this was straightforward but no, and tried cancelling the policy to then re-buy on the correct dates but was going to be charged the total for the Policy. There is supposed to be a 14-day cooling off period anyway. I would really like to cancel now (with no monetary impact) as I've no confidence that an insurance actual claim would be any better dealt with. Round in circles with an AI Chat Bot.
