Well it may not be quite your fault, BUT I've paid for an insurance with you, which will be starting in a couple of weeks. At the same time as paying I wanted to stop AUTOMATIC renewal. This has proved IMPOSSIBLE. There is nothing to say that you cannot stop AUTOMATIC RENEWAL before the policy starts. You have my money and you are now able to use that, so I think there should be access to stop the AUTOMATIC RENEWAL if a paid client wishes that. That's why only 2 stars. My excess is also £1000, and some of the items you display that you cover, if claimed about will not amount to £1000. They're rather spuriously offered as an included insured item. But one or 2 insured inclusions are good. DO READ THE SMALL PRINT.
