There is no customer service , no one to help amend insurance , been trying to add my husband for 2 days now and it’s not working , no live person to talk to , I’m at a loss what to do now , tried to cancel it and then maybe start again but they wanted to charge me £50 just half hour after I took it out ! I just don’t get why they don’t have a customer service to help amend policies !
