DO NOT USE AS A BUYER.
Bought a flat through Yopa and they were horrendous. As soon as the offer went in and was accepted. No communication. Estate agent not answering calls or texts. Emails ignored. Absolutely useless. Would avoid at all costs!! My solicitor advised me at the beginning how difficult Yopa are! Should have listened !! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
