Would NEVER use this agent. As a buyer I waited ages on the phone to arrange a viewing. I then got an email saying they would confirm my time slot before viewing. I phoned shortly before my viewing ( waited ages again) to say I had not received conformation. I was informed an offer on the property had been made. Terrible service, I will ALWAYS use a local agent not a national centre.
