More than eight months after having our offer accepted, here we still are, waiting for YOPA and their preferred conveyancer, Arrow Conveyancing, to sort out paperwork and respond to emails / pick up the darn phone when we call. Our solicitors and I have been chasing both of them daily with no response whatsoever. I have even complained to YOPA three times - with no response. Quelle surprise. Both the seller and I are pulling our hair out. On the plus side, only 6 more weeks of monkeying around to go until the Property Ombudsman steps in and we take legal action. In the meantime, frustration levels through the roof. AVOID AVOID AVOID this zero star company.
