Very unprofessional team. State agent William Tilsley (Southampton) lied about the lease period during our visit to the property. Lack of communication when we decrease our offer because of this and did not apologize for his error. Did not answered our email when we asked to explain why the sellers withdrew from the sell even when he said he would.
Don't recommend this company specially with this agent.
