I appointed Jennifer Garrett the Liverpool agent she is the most unprofessional agent I’ve ever come across . Her untimely manner lost us the sale as she did not liaise correctly with our buyers .
Her attitude was appalling and the people in the head office are also the same .
You also have to pay even though they did not sell it . I took it to the ombudsman which is another waste of time and effort . So please avoid ..
