This company charges you even if they don’t sell your house!!!
After a relative dies I listed their property with Yopa…. Yopa overpriced the property to get me to sign promising it would sell quickly!!! They did not return calls to potential customers and the service was terrible…. After a year of no offers I decided to remove the property from the market and they tried to CON me out of money to cancel the so called contract!!!! What a terrible company!! Avoid at all costs!!!!
