I requested an ONLINE valuation with YOPA but instead had a call from one of their sales team to book me on to an in person valuation. I thought well why not and booked it. On the day the agent text me to say a family member had been taken into hospital and could not make the appointment. I sympathise with the lady but surely someone else could have done the valuation?
I then decided to look at this review page and saw a lot of reviews with YOPA reps not turning up or cancelling last minute which has happened to me also. I am so glad I saw this page now, I will not be rescheduling the valuation.
