I'm a buyer and half way through there was a change in the estate agent. The new one called Tanya is absolutely terrible at her job. You have to continuously chase for any updates and then on the day if completion when I simply needed to pick up the keys from her I've had to call her over 5 times and no response, multiple messages etc. Called headoffice they said I would just have to "hound her".
It isn't that difficult to respond to a buyer, I am planning to sell my other house soon and I will 120% not be using Yopa, terrible service. I'd leave 0 stars if possible.
