I’ve had an awful experience with Yopa—twice. Most recently in 2025, I instructed them to re-list my tenanted property and clearly told them to arrange viewings through my letting agent (Dixons). They ignored this, scheduled viewings without access, and cancelled on buyers last minute. Their agent even told me it was "not their responsibility" to arrange access—completely unprofessional. The result? Wasted time, lost buyers, frustrated tenants, and no sale. This happened before in 2021 too, proving they haven’t improved. They offered me £50 and a “featured listing” as a resolution, which is an insult after the damage caused. Avoid Yopa if you want your property taken seriously or handled professionally.
