My ex wife entered into an agreement to sell the house via Yopa. It's been on the market for 5/6 months and only had on average, one viewer a month.
We hear nothing from Julie the agent. Feedback is poor. Some of the viewings feel 'staged' even if they arent. The quality of the listing on Rightmove is poor. our 'agent' if you can call her that, was even rude to my son and told him to leave the house so she could show someone around.
I dont think Yopa have any intention or desire to sell your house. That is not how they make their money. They sign customers up to 'deals'. Getting the deal is how they make their money. Not selling the house.
Avoid at all costs. They are utterly useless. It feels like a huge con
