several weeks of rubbish service. They get paid whether or not my house sells and it certainly shows! Their agent gives zero advice in achieving a sale and let me reduce the asking price before then advising a further £1k would have shifted the listing up on the online selling sites. Changes to the ad take ages, if I even get a reply to my requests. Feedback from the viewings? Nope. I so wish I hadn't instructed Yopa, they've been terrible and don't get me started on their terrible conveyancing partners (£200 for an ID check, what the hell?!). Would NOT recommend
