Awful attitude from the estate agent. Didn’t confirm a change of viewing appointment, couldn’t make it and thought it was for a different date. Agent text me saying “would have been nice before I turned up” and text saying “sorry having a bad day”. Didn’t realise I was a target for a bad day from a clearly very unprofessional agent. Won’t be using them ever again.
Awful behaviour.
