Extremely stressful company to use, from over valuing my property to hoodwink me into listing it for sale, shocking bad home report that was totally inaccurate to now them trying to fleece me out of a further £300 for not using a solicitor on their 'panel' yet I used a solicitor the agent recommended me to use! Bunch of cowboys avoid them at all costs!
