YOPA is a FIXED FEE ESTATE AGENT so they are not bothered or concerned what the property sells for because they are either way paid their fee. They do not even try to sell the property for the highest price. I understand the property market very well, sometimes it can exceed the asking price and sometime not.
My friend had her property with YOPA but withdrew with them and went with another estate agent and it went well beyond the asking price
But with YOPA it sold but they were persuading her to take the 3 offer which was well over the asking price
Though even the property had been up for only 1 day.
So they were not taking more viewings given the fact the property only had been up for a day. She left it for a week with the other agent and went with the highest offer which was of course well over the asking price
I’d rather go for quality than cheapness.
