I booked a valuation appointment last week with Yopa. The appointment booked for 09:00 in the morning. They just phoned (16:50) to say they can’t make it. Also told me that if I put my house on the market in January, it would need another valuation because this month’s wouldn’t be accurate. Never heard this before, sounds like a con for more money.
What a rip off and a bunch of time wasters.
