Customer service is absolutely garbage. They sent my order to the wrong address and said I would have to pay to get it shipped to the right one I said no I just want a refund because I wouldn’t get it before Christmas. I am dealing with the loss of my little brother all while this is happening and I told them it would just make it easier if they could just refund they denied and said I needed to pay more money. I told them just to keep their garbage I hope it makes them feel better the holiday season. Just a garbage company I will never buy from them ever again
