“Customer service is absolutely garbage. They sent my order to the wrong address and said I would have to pay to get it shipped to the right one I said no I just want a refund because I wouldn’t get it before Christmas. I am dealing with the loss of my little brother all while this is happening and I told them it would just make it easier if they could just refund they denied and said I needed to pay more money. I told them just to keep their garbage I hope it makes them feel better the holiday season. Just a garbage company I will never buy from them ever again”

“I ordered on Jan 16. It is now Feb 25. Still no product. After 3 emails, they told me it would have to gone from their supplier..in China. This is the second time I have had trouble with this company. If you don’t have it in stock..don’t sell it and say will be shipped within 5 business days. Don bother..save your money. “Ordered a birthday present 4 months ago and never received it!! I just got off the phone for the second time with their incompetent courier service (who do not even attempt to deliver the package or leave a card to say they tried!!). There was one 'attempted' delivery a few months back, they made me pay another 10$ fee to resend it, then the exact same thing happened again... “I ordered a Hoodie on October 29th. I email the company and they told me the item was out of stock in their US warehouse, so it was being shipped from Europe. Today 11/19 when I tracked it, it looks like its still in transit from Slovenia. I'd be surprised if it shows up before Christmas. I'm done with this overseas shipping. So disappointed. Will never again order from this company.”

“Terrible. Took 2 weeks of email back and forth with different people to still not have it. I spent $40. I got sent two tracking number links and the last one was sent yesterday saying it was delivered. Obviously still suspicious I went to my front office. Went back to mailbox. Finally just opened an inquiry w the USPS calling it a theft. I've never had a package misplaced in nearly 2 years living here. I shop a lot lol. Awful and worse still demands for refund were met with these two links. I'm opening up a complaint with BBB. DO NOT ORDER OR WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.”
“The mail here has been very messed up. The told Zapps my order had been delivered when it had not. Zapps bleed me and resent for me. I received the new in under a week. I received the original (which I sent back) this week. Great customer service and the scarf I ordered is beautiful!”

“I ordered the Tropic Skulls Shoulder Beach Bag.
I read reviews before ordering, so I was hesitant to order after seeing their ad pop up on my Instagram feed. But I took a chance (via PayPal and a credit card so I could dispute the charge if this ended up being a scam) and was surprised to get my order and that it was actually the quality that I expected! The beach bag is entirely my aesthetic as a punk beach bum so I’m beyond happy that it actually showed up and was exactly as it appeared on the site.
NOW, with this in mind, I do think that it depends on what line you’re ordering from when it comes to this site because after you order, there’s a page that notes that some items are made after ordering. That worried me, but I did receive my tracking numbers one day after ordering and then USPS took a bit longer than they should have to deliver it (was shipped July 7th and was supposed to be here July 11th, got it the 14th because it’s COVID and USPS is doing their best- I put 5 days for shipping because that’s what it was slated for). The vinyl smell inside of the bag is to be expected, but there wasn’t any smell on the outside of the bag. Didn’t get scammed this time, so now I’m gonna get the matching towel!
TL;DR: I expected to be scammed but was happily surprised. The beach bags are great & ship fast. Not sure about other items.”

I see that I got charged for a state tax that I live in, as well as by a metropolitan city that is only 4 hours away from me. It has yet to arrive and they are no longer replying to my emails. WTF kind of business is Zapps running out of Dallas & Europe?”
