My experience with Zapps, I paid for priority postage my order still took over 3 weeks to arrive. When ordered my sunflower beach bag it was mentioned I get a sunflower make-up bag for free with the purchase of the beach bag. I added the make-up bag to my cart at no cost but upon payment it charged me $19.95 for the make-up bag. When my items finally arrived, which I thought was coming from the US it was actually coming from the other side of the world. I received a completely different make-up bag to the one I ordered. I have tried to rectifie the situation contacting the customer support but hard to get a hold of, only reply wjen they feel like it. I won't ever be shopping with this company again.
