I order a phone case 24 calendar/18 business days ago, it should have been "produced" and shipped in 12. I see that I got charged for a state tax that I live in, as well as by a metropolitan city that is only 4 hours away from me. It has yet to arrive and they are no longer replying to my emails. WTF kind of business is Zapps running out of Dallas & Europe?
