The service was perfect. Wendy answered all of my questions and worked to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Items were shipped quickly and arrived in 3 boxes at the same time, on the same day. No delivery issues at all. The assembly took less than an hour and I did it alone. Pretty straightforward. I've only had the trampoline for about a week so I can't speak to it's durability or longevity, but the purchase process and quality seem top notch.
