We bought a Zupapa trampoline 3 years ago. It’s still going strong but we did have a piece break due to some crazy kids. Betty at Zupapa responded to me quickly and sent out a new part in no time and at no charge. We fixed the trampoline easily that same day. Their customer service is awesome!
