Absolutely amazing customer service! Mandy was extremely helpful and prompt in her replies. We had a couple of pieces of the frame that needed to be replaced due to extended use. The parts were shipped out immediately and the trampoline is as good as new now! Zupapa has an incredible warranty that was hassle free, which is a rarity when it comes to dealing with warranties.
