Last year I ordered two paddleboards and two more of the same boards this year. The little e-clips that hold the screws on to the fins came off and I have nearly lost 4 screws (I actually did end up losing a screw the last time I took my paddleboards out). I contacted Zupapa and after several emails back-and- forth they made it right and sent me replacement fins. They were very patient and easy to work with and they have great customer service.
