Purchased 12-foot Zupapa trampoline last year (2020), and was very happy with the sturdiness and safety features. However, the protective cover was meant for a 10-foot unit. It barely covered the jumping surface, and did not overhang the sides. When I inquired about a larger cover, I was sent a no-cost replacement within days. Great customer support!
