I received a Hammock/Chair Stand as a gift. The box was missing the screws to assemble the stand. All it took was 1 email to Zupapa and the screws arrived within a couple days! Thank you, Mandy and Wendy in Customer Service! My chair is hanging on the stand which is very sturdy and strong! I'm a happy customer!!
