I bought a trampoline for my kids a couple Christmases ago and they love it! It's held up pretty well. I needed some replacement pieces and the response was timely. The person I emailed with was very helpful, and our stuff arrived quickly. The only thing that I wasn't thrilled with was that I couldn't find the pieces I needed on their site. That was fine, because they want to make absolutely sure you are getting the appropriate pieces for Your trampoline, since they have so many. I just wish it had been clearer that I needed to go through email.
