We’ve had our Zupapa trampoline for five years and it has gotten a lot of use, especially during the pandemic when daily sports options were limited. After five years of exposure to the elements (including my kids and their friends) we did have a tear in the net and the spring padding had started to fray. I contacted customer service and was able to purchase replacements. The customer service was fantastic, very responsive and super helpful and made the process easy. I communicated with Jenna who was great and proactively checked in with me and made sure I received what I needed.
