The rebounder has been assembled but usage is minimal at this point. I would like to say that the customer service I received from Zupapa for a rip to the mat that might have been my fault caused when putting it together. Wendy and team had a new mat on my doorstep within 3 days of my email and they were professional and courteous throughout the process.
