I was so excited to get our trampoline from Zupapa, but only two of the three boxes arrived. I wrote to Zupapa and a wonderful team member got back to me quickly, she found that the box was lost in shipment and quickly sent out a new box. I did not hesitate to contact her to ask where the box was at and when it would arrive. We were very excited when it did. The assembly was straight forward and very easy. My kids are loving it!
